MENU OPTIONS are lists of some of the available options within each category - we can give you more choices as necessary - and can be used as substitutes or additions to an existing menu. We are happy to design your event's menu to meet your desires perfectly.

- Filled with leeks, artichoke hearts and carrots. Classic remoulade mustard dipping sauce.
- MINI BURRITOS
- Hearty flautas rolled in a variety of tortillas served with salsa:
BRAZILIAN BLACK BEAN – our authentic tempero black beans, mandarin orange and
cilantro.
WHITE BEAN - white beans with epazpote, sliced green olives and pan-roasted, cumin-
