ORANGE HUMMOUS - A variation on the classic Middle Eastern dip, orange flavor and aromatic spices.
GREEN HUMMOUS - Cilantro and parsley give this one a fresh taste and dazzling color.
TRADITIONAL HUMMOUS - Gail’s Vegetarian Catering’s version fulfills every garlic lover’s dreams.
- CAPONATA
- Sicilian caviar: rich and sensuous. Perfect with pita bread or crackers.
- SPICY PEANUT DIP
- One of our most popular dips: exotic and delicious. Goes well with fresh
vegetables or Asian-themed menus.
- BLACK & WHITE AIOLI DIP
- We’ve enlivened this garlicky treat with black olives and capers.
- BABAGANOUGE
- We flavor our version with ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- ROMESCO
- A traditional Catalan sauce including roasted red peppers and rich Roma tomatoes. Perfect with crudités or over grilled vegetables. Combines wonderfully with black & white aioli dip yin/yang style in a shared bowl.

- Our spring/summer version is a fresh basil white bean dip.
- ARTICHOKE TAPENADE
- Green olives and celery marry with artichoke hearts and make bliss on your tongue
- BEET-WALNUT MOUSSE

- WARM SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
- Creamy and rich with chunks of artichoke heart in every bite. Comfort food of the highest order.
- ROASTED CARROT SPREAD
- The roasting of carrots, onions and garlic creates wonderful
flavor and intensifies their natural sweetness. This spread works well piped onto crackers
or vegetable rounds.
- TAPENADE
- Mediterranean olive spread the caviar of Provence. Ours is spiked with sun-dried tomatoes and lemon zest.
- AILLADE
- crushed walnuts and roasted garlic emulsified with pure walnut oil. Fabulous with crusty bread or roasted vegetables
