Firm tofu marinated with lemon and fresh chopped herbs, grilled to perfection

Cubed tofu cooked in a sweet teriyaki glaze with carrots, peppers and broccoli

Our house made seitan breaded and fried golden brown
BBQ SEITAN
Grilled on an open flame and basted with our smoky-sweet barbeque sauce
CHEFS TRIPLE LAYER LASAGNA
Our Chefs special recipe layers garlic seared baby spinach, tofu “ricotta” and an onion & herb browned meatless crumble with boundless noodles and house made marinara. Topped with a sweet carrot puree, this will become an instant favorite.
EGGPLANT NO-PARM
Breaded eggplant layered with smoked white beans and caramelized tomato sauce.
HAND PIES
Our flakey pastry crust stuffed with seasonal fillings, baked to golden and sized for one.
CHILI
Mildly spiced and packed with vegetables, beans for a truly satisfying meal. Perfect with a side of cornbread.
RATATOUILLE
Roasted eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash and onions cooked in a chunky fire roasted tomato sauce with fresh Italian herbs and spices.
