- Firm tofu marinated with lemon and fresh chopped herbs, grilled to perfection

- Our house made seitan breaded and fried golden brown

- Grilled on an open flame and basted with our smoky-sweet barbeque sauce

- Our Chefs special recipe layers garlic seared baby spinach, tofu “ricotta” and an onion & herb browned meatless crumble with boundless noodles and house made marinara. Topped with a sweet carrot puree, this will become an instant favorite.

- Breaded eggplant layered with smoked white beans and caramelized tomato sauce.

- Our flakey pastry crust stuffed with seasonal fillings, baked to golden and sized for one.
